We want you to be completely satisfied with your maker gear; if your project isn't a perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that soldered components and opened microcontrollers are subject to technical inspection before a refund is issued.

Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original anti-static packaging and include all accessories, cables, and documentation to ensure a full refund.
Ship to the Lab
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's integrity, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
